2. Submitting the Presentation File

Template Highly recommend to use the provided template for your presentation.
- 16:9 aspect ratio (Landscape)
- Must include: COI Disclosure Information Slide (2nd slide)
Font Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc.
(Special fonts might be changed to a default font.)
File Format PowerPoint or PDF file

  1. 28 – 30 October 2025 (07:00-17:00 hrs.)
  2. 31 October 2025 (07:00-13:00 hrs.)
  • Please bring your files on a USB memory stick.
  • Please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation
  • Important Notification : Only PC Window’s-based computers will be used during the congress (Please convert the file which is created by a Mac to a PC PowerPoint file before uploading/submitting.)

3. Equipment in the Session Room

1. Computer running Windows (Not Mac)
2. Projector and microphone
3. Podium (Equipped with Notebook, mouse and smart pointer)
* We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer (in particular Mac Books) for your presentation(s) to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.

4.Before your Presentation

  • Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker(s).
  • Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
  • Presenters will be responsible for controlling/advancing their presentation slides.

Guidelines for ePoster Presentation/Exhibition

Only ePosters of registered participants will be displayed in the ePoster Exhibition.

1.1 Submitting the Presentation File

For the ePoster presentation, submission of two file formats is required: one in landscape orientation for presentation in the meeting room, and one in vertical orientation for the ePoster exhibition.

File name - Abstract Number_Presenter Name Example: EPL-001_Marry Jane
- To avoid any compatibility problems, please do not use special characters (e.g. «, Ö, Ø, ñ, ε, ®, ý,}, {, etc.).

File Size Less than 5 MB
ePoster Detail
  • In compliance with CME regulations, authors are requested to disclose conflicts of interest on their ePoster.
  • Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and embedded videos are not permitted
  • Images and tables: at least 200 dpi. Good picture quality is essential.
  • When inserting images, photos, tables, etc., use copy-paste. Do not use embedded documents
  • Avoid overlapping objects and layers. Only the final view/status will be visible
  • If you wish, you may include a QR code to a handout on the ePoster.
Consent
  • When presenting data and health information (including photos) all presenters must have informed consent compliant with human subjects and applicable regulations.
  • Note that your presentation will be converted to HTML5, making a download of the ePoster impossible. However, it is possible for the viewer to make photographs or screenshots of your presentation. If you do not wish any scientific content of your presentation to be photographed, please indicate this clearly visible on your poster.

Note:
  • The ePoster presentation can be submitted online by 15 October 2025, or you may upload your slide presentation at the Slide Preview Room at least 2 hour before your session on 28 - 30 October 2025 at 07:00 - 17:00 hrs. and 31 October 2025.
  • The ePoster for exhibition must be submitted online no later than 15 October 2025.
